Description
Suggestive route within truly breathtaking views. Departure from Devero indirection Crampiolo on easily pedaled dirt road. From here you climb to Codelago (or Devero Lake), which you skirt along the right side. The climb to Codelago is not long but has really challenging ramps with a very bumpy surface. At the end of the lake you continue until you reach, after a short series of hairpin bends that are not rideable due to slope and uneven ground, Alpe Forno Inferiore. The return is on pedalable single track almost entirely except for a few sections. You cross the small lakes of Sangiatto and reach Crampiolo. The return to Devero is via the same road taken on the outward journey. I added the flatland loop at the end of the route.
