Mugello Cai 547 e Cai 34

From Ronta we take the road up to Passo della Colla and then continue in the direction of Palazzuolo sul Senio.

Arriving in Prato All'albero we enter the beautiful Mugello woods to go and tackle Cai 547 that will take us to Crespino on Lamone. Today the day is gloomy and the rain of the previous day makes the trail a little more difficult but still appreciable for the variety of terrain faced.On the rocky sections despite being all wet the wheels hold up wonderfully, the same cannot be said on the roots that feel like slimy soapsuds. Before arriving on the road the last rocky section very enjoyable.

Now we have to climb back up to Passo della Colla to take the ridge trail that we will abandon in favor of Cai 34, which we will not leave again until Madonna di tre fiumi. The trail has no particular difficulty except for a few rocky passages that alternate with more flowing parts and a few relaunches. In some places the trail opens up and offers appreciable views, which in the Foliage period must not be bad at all.

The trail is long and continues an this alternation until a beautiful Chestnut Grove today immersed in a sea of leaves and thistles. From here on the trail turns into a carriage road until Madonna di tre fiumi losing some interest. Overall I liked the trail even if not very clean but still cyclable.
