Description

The ride uses the lifts of the 3 Lander Enduro Trails in Resia/Nauders touching the 4 areas where this ''diffuse bike park'' is developed. It is about 3000m of negatve elevation gain but only 3-400m d+ pedaled. We start from Nauders (but one of the 2 lifts on the Resia side will do) we head to the first lift (BERGKASTEL) and then the Zirmbahn Chairlift that takes us to 2500m.

We immediately take the very easy Zirm trail, a sort of downhill pumptrack where we can warm up a bit, and back at the base of the chairlift we take the Almtrail and then the Plamortrail until we reach the World War II border barrage. Here you can either leave the trail, turn left and reach the beautiful viewpoint overlooking Lake Resia (I recommend it!) or go right to immediately take the Bunker Trail. The 2 trails rejoin after a short while and you will still face almost all the steps and roots of Bunker Trail!

The nice, rocky, root-filled trail (like almost all in this area) takes us to Resia Lake and we soon reach the Belpiano Cabinovia. The Oberer Spin Trail will take us back to the lakeshore with ups and downs and fun passages, it is a very ''natural'' trail.

Reaching the San Valentino alla Muta lift we go up again and take Plattweg Trail, very similar to the last trail made always with ups and downs takes us back to the Belpiano Cabinovia, this time however we go back to Nauders pedaling along the bike path. When we reach the village we can end the tour or take advantage of the last remaining lift (Sesselbahn Mutzkopf) and ride one of the trails back down to the valley, the Eleven trail of the track or the Green Trail.

This tour allows you to see all areas of the Passo Resia bike area to get a general idea and get your bearings, I recommend it especially for first time arrivals with a few days to spare. Beautiful trails start from the top of each lift that return to the base and can be added to this tour using 2 times the lift or tackled on subsequent days.
