Costiera dei Cech - Braccobaldo

A great classic of the lower Valtellina. We start in Dubino (parking possibility at the cemetery) and begin the long climb that passes Mantello, Cino (shorter climb from here), Cercino, Prati Nestrelli, Prati dell'O. Here we cross the village on steep ramps and begin a nice traverse on trail that takes us up to Monte Foffricio, where there are antennas and where there is a nice view of Lake Como and Valchiavenna.

The descent, over the years, has been increasingly bike-friendly. It has some technical rock passages in a few places but in general it is medium level and fun. Only at the end is there a stubborn rock, but it is possible to go around it on the left. The trail comes out in Dubino where we left the car.
