San Vigilio con la neve

Very challenging route, both for the long ascent with very steep sections and for the descent on technical, partly snow-covered trail.

Ideal to do by e-bike, preferably fat or plus. It can be done all year round, ideal, however, in winter for the wind sheltered ascent with more or less long snowy sections.

From Merano you arrive on a bike path to Cermes and from there you climb with very hard sections up to the asphalt road that leads to Pavicolo.

From Pavicolo the snow-covered road begins, leading to San Vigilio and then to Black Lake (refreshment). You then descend to Aschbach on beautiful snowy trail. From Aschbach continue on the trail, if conditions are good descend on snow to the valley floor, then on bike path back to Merano.
