Description
Rather challenging route due to length and elevation gain, but without any particular technical difficulties.
From Merano you reach Eppan passing along secondary roads alternative to the bike path, then back to Merano via hilly roads with lots of up and down, partly dirt and partly asphalt.
The only challenging section, to be done with a 10-minute push uphill, is the valley crossing between Sirmiano and Prissiano. Beautiful views of the Adige valley, the Dolomites and the Merano basin.
