Rifugio Venini per Ebike

The ebike version of the famous Mount Tremezzo and Bocchetta di Nava route found here. What changes is the climb, which is no longer done by cable car but by ebike on a very steep pastoral road. You take it exactly from Colonno and immediately start with exaggerated gradients for a normal bike. The views of the lake are very beautiful.

There are a total of 900 meters of steep elevation gain, with nice passages through some villages with spectacular views of the lake. In one of them there is also a water point.

Once the steep part is over, we continue through the woods for a while, then come out on the paved road coming from Pigra, which takes us to Rifugio Venini, where a break is a must.

The rest of the route is identical to the classic one, with the beautiful initial traverse on grassy slopes.

Up to the Bocchetta di Nava the descent is relatively easy, afterwards it becomes very technical because the trail is dug out and rutted. Once we enter the woods it becomes easier again. Return to the car on the queen road.

Consumption: with Bosch and 800Wh battery, always using Tour mode , I returned to the starting point with 2 1/2 notches. Must do!!! #lagodicomo
