Da Voltri al Geremia: Polveriera, Buffalora, Bellavista, Terme e Branega Express
Fancy some speed? This is the ride for you. Get ready for the first effort of the day, a long climb, the Canellona. Legs on your shoulders, you start in Voltri, from the terminus of the 1 turn right and at the top of the overpass turn right again for the hospital. For a good hour or so it will be pretty tough, but when you get to the top you will be able to catch your breath a little. Eventually you will be over the AVML which you will take to get to Fort Jeremiah, where it will be time for a nice coffee.
Helmet well fastened, and downhill through Polveriera and Buffalora until you reach the AVML barrier on the Poison Pass side. Up to the junction with Bellavista, stop and open your heart to said "bellavista," indeed. Down the trail at full throttle until you reach the B&B le Giutte (absolutely bike friendly), after which take the Terme Trail, reach the Acquasanta locality and from there, prepare for the last effort of the day to reach the Colla di Prà. When you reach the top, turn right and take the asphalt, which almost immediately becomes a dirt road and then take the Branega Express. You will finish in Prà and then return to Voltri.
