Altopiano di Cariadeghe di Serle

A tour suitable for everyone to discover the famous Cariadeghe Plateau in Serle (BS). Starting from the city of Brescia we will face an itinerary that is never too difficult admiring the beauty of these places that have marble quarries as background. We will be able to walk it all year round as we will never exceed 1,000 meters in elevation.

We start from Sant'Eufemia on the outskirts of Brescia and take the bike path that will lead us to Botticino. From here we continue on asphalt road and the all pedalable climb begins. A few tears in the Marogna area and then off to San Gallo where we will deviate to the left for the last stretch that will take us to Valpiana, riding along a section of the Main path. Last efforts and we will reach the Monastery of San Bartolomeo with sublime views where silence reigns. Time to recover then we descend to intercept the trail that will take us back to the Cariadeghe Plateau. A series of trails and forks will allow us to reach first the Cascina del Comune farmstead then the Bocca del Zuf. Now a quick downhill section then undergrowth again near the Nato Base and then off to Cascina Ruchera then a stretch of asphalt and then again cascina Strubiana and the Marzatica quarries. Final bumpy and rocky trail then arrived near San Carlo begins the final transfer stretch to Via Del Marmo. Last sections of trail flow and we will be in Botticino. Cycle and we arrive back at the starting point.
