Maddalena-Caionvico-Botticino-Nuvolento-Cave di Virle e ritorno

The departure of the tour, for our convenience, starts from the parking lot of the Penny Market supermarket in Castenedolo (BS), from here we start to reach the mound of the Brescians that is our beloved Maddalena (15 minutes of asphalt). We take the ascent to the bus parking lot in San Gottardo (if you want you can also avoid all the asphalt by making internal paths), from here begins the tour in the woods that we will leave only at the summit.

Once at the summit we go towards the Cagnolera, which we will intersect a few hundred meters below (watch out for jumps). After finishing the Cagnolera descent we head for the "Maggino" descent, a really exhilarating and fun single track to be done all in one go. When we reach the end of the descent we move toward Caionvico and then intersect Botticino and the Virle quarries. So it's uphill again, but the descents that await you afterwards will repay you for your effort.

All single track in the woods with beautiful Up and Down, breathtaking views and two not bad compressions (watch out at the end of the second compression because the road has been closed). A few more wild singles in the woods and then off to the car.

THE TOUR IS SUITABLE FOR ALL MTBs (of course with the frontina you have to pay more attention to the descents).
