Rifugio Tita Secchi

From Lake Idro climb to the Crocedomini Pass, three kilometers from the top of the pass on the right opens a beautiful valley enclosed between the ridges of the Corna Bianca and the Frerone. A long mule track of granite paving climbs its right side to the Passo della Vacca and then to the Tita Secchi refuge, an enchanted place. The adjacent Vacca Lake is mind-boggling. Continue biking then back to the pass and here, keeping to the right, a long, fantastic and at times technical single track skirts the entire flank of Frerone to Valfredda Pass and then down to Crocedomini from which, a narrow, technical and intricate Cai trail leads back to the Lake and Valdorizzo.
