Lago della Vacca e val Fredda

Depart from Bazena where you will find a large parking lot. Continue on asphalt to the Crocedomini pass and descend continuing on asphalt to the junction (clearly visible) for Lago della Vacca. From here begins a magnificent climb that can be pedaled without problems until about the Corna Bianca. Then the gradients become more challenging and the bottom more rocky made from granite slabs. Even with ebike I pushed a bit. You then reach the Vacca Pass with the Pietra della Vacca clearly in view and continue right to the refuge and lake. Spectacular views!

From here, after a well-deserved rest, go down the road made uphill to the Vacca Pass and continue right to the Val Fredda Pass. Magnificent route a bit bumpy, but still fun. You reach val Fredda pass with last push (very short section) and plunge into the very wild and rugged val Fredda. You lose altitude steadily along the trail and finally reach the Bazena parking lot after enjoying breathtaking views.
