Muntejela de Sennes

Very hard tour for the climbs at the limit of cyclability and for a good dose of backpacking bike (shortened by skipping the top) but the descent is perhaps among the most beautiful of all the Dolomites, it winds inside the spectacular and wild Val Ciastlins alternating very technical stretches with long flowing sections where you can let go of the brakes.

Although the descent path is not very frequented by trekkes, we are still in the Dolomites, so I recommend to avoid high season periods and peak times, late afternoon is always a good choice in order not to run into problems of coexistence with hikers that in these areas is always very precarious.

Attention: the descent in the initial and final part has very technical sections, to be faced with the right awareness of one's abilities
