Castelli e antiche mura zona Berignone

Beautiful tour around the Berignone Tatti Reserve.

Various historical reliefs are encountered such as the Castle of Luppiano, Rocca Sillana, and the Church of John the Baptist in S. Dalmazio. There are some fords to be made between the Fosci and Cecina streams. All completely rideable except for a short stretch along the trail that runs alongside the Fosci from where I entered a waypoint for about 1 km the trail that is a CAI unfortunately turns out to be quite abandoned and the vegetation has soiled the trail enough that I have to follow it very carefully, but it can be done without many problems.

Fabulous scenery and really beautiful countryside, nature in these areas has remained quite wild as it can be in Tuscany, little if not pointing to human presence except in a few rural dwellings.
