Alpe di Rodengo sulla neve

Rather challenging route if you start from above Rodengo, easier if you start from the parking lot above where the snowy road begins. It can also be done without #snow, but with snow it is spectacular.

You go up first on a paved road, then from the parking lot all on a perfectly groomed snowy road and up to the Starkenfelder Alm (refreshment house).

Now, if the road is groomed, you can climb up to the Lasta peak with spectacular views of the Pustertal valley and surrounding mountains. By Ebike you can do most of the route in the saddle, with regular bike you will have to push harder.

You return to the Starkenfeld, then descend to the parking lot still on snow, a section of paved road and then you can take the path, depending on snow conditions, that leads back to the car.
