Canto Alto - Canto Basso, versione impossible

Alternative descent to the fully rideable (albeit complex) descent of this route. Great for those who want to complicate their lives. This is a descent all on firm rock but with lots of super-technical S4/S5 passages. The proposed trail continues to Canto Basso and then turns back to take the descent, again supertechnical, down to Forcella del Sorriso. From here it is possible to climb back up (note that it is also a descent) to just before the Canto Basso from where another beautiful S4/S5 begins, descending to Olera. Avoiding the descent to the Smile Fork avoids the ascent. From Olera you can continue east on an easier but still beautiful S2.
