Description

Nice all-mountain ride in the mountains north of Nave to the Mt. Conche shrine, recommended year-round ride.

From the parking lot we head towards the center of Nave, after the parish church on the left in Monteclana street,in the locality Piezze the asphalt ends and the small road begins(go straight) cemented/gravel road that with very steep tears takes us to the locality Sant'Antonio (little church),we continue further, after 200 meters left dirt road up to Broli farmsteads, after the first little house on the right uphill on rough and steep path (13 minutes pushing) then less steep and almost always in the saddle up to the Cocca going up the whole Listrea valley.

At the Cocca(crossroads of the tracks,go straight,) dirt road to the right first slightly uphill and then slightly downhill, at the junction turn left, at the next junction turn right, 200 meters uphill, after a meadow with farmsteads path to the left at altitude until the farmstead of Calone, immediately after turn right on steep cemented road, at the junction straight to the beginning of the path that steeply uphill but rideable takes us with the last 5 minutes push to the Sanctuary of Conche highest point of our itinerary.

Possibility of refreshment every weekend of the year plus the full months of July and August.

Descent: descend in the meadow below the entrance to the Sanctuary and take the path to the right on level ground towards Cocca, descend carefully, at a fork turn right on small road, at a shrine with WATER turn left on fast path to Cocca, found the asphalt go left and 100 meters later left on small road, uphill to a farmstead, leave it on the left on path until you come out in the meadows of Sant'Onofrio, on the dirt road go left to the small church, on the right of the small church a narrow path no.434 in the direction of "Nave." We take it, pass a hunting hut downhill and staying on the ridge to the right we come to a fork, turn left on a narrow path on the level, then downhill under 2 Enel pylons staying on the very scenic ridge, after a hut at a fork we go right downhill until we come out on a small road, we cross it paying attention to a narrow path that goes down into the unmarked woods, keeping to the right we come out on the paved road. Now right uphill, at a junction right uphill and at another junction left on dirt road on level, then uphill and then level again,we enter the pine forest and with a quick uphill and then downhill trail we arrive at the parking lot.
