LA BUCA DEL BANDITO CON MARCO PAPI

The famous Buca del Bandito descent with a finish in the Marco Papi pistino.

We start from Lacona near Capoliveri (LI) and climb towards Monte Castello. It will be a challenging climb in the second part after doing the Boar Trail. There will be a couple of push sections before reaching the summit Cima del Monte from where the famous Trail LA BUCA DEL BANDITO begins. An initial gravel and vertical section on the ridge then begins a trail with a few bumpy flow sections and light Elban undergrowth. Quick ascent before the intense second part to be done all in one go. #elba
