Piani dei Resinelli, il single track tra i faggi

Beautiful ride around the Piani Resinelli, below the Grignetta, only 2 km of asphalt, the rest is almost all single track between beautiful beech forests, not very physically demanding for musculars, the tracks have some technical difficulties, but for most of the route you are fine on the bike.

Of course, it's not a flow trail, it's all very natural suitable for learning. you start from the horrendous skyscraper not far from the little church and climb up to Mount Coltignone (there are several ways up, I took the more strenuous one with the ebike, but you also climb from an easy dirt road).

From there you descend through an uncomfortable section to the famous viewing terrace. Then down through the woods via a barely visible trail, diagonals that will take us to the ship's meadows (wonderful place!).

Here a short uphill tear awaits us, but then we continue downhill through fairy-tale woods. After 8.23 km we meet an asphalt road to be taken on a hard climb for only 2 km after which we will enter a shortcut path that will take us again uphill to the little church and then to the skyscraper.

This tour will allow you to get to know a part of the Resinelli less known than the Grignetta, but just as beautiful. You will meet very few people so you can enjoy these beautiful places in total relaxation. Trust us!!!
