Monte Prevaligo

Short but fun couplet of descents in Palazzuolo sul Senio. Start from Palazzuolo and by asphalt road and then dirt road you reach the church of Lozzole and from here by the hard climb on cart track (in wet weather it is muddy) the top of mount Prevaligo. Here you keep the right (follow blue bolts) and start a nice descent on the ridge with some technical passages, but in general a nice flow that descends towards Praticino (pay attention in the final part to some passages on smooth rock that in the wet become very slippery!). You arrive on a dirt road and keep the right to go up towards Lozzole (some challenging tears).At Lozzole you head back toward Prevaligo, but this time keep left and continue on the Lozzole trail, a classic that descends to Palazzuolo; passages on challenging rock and steps and smoother sections on firm, rough rock, with some interesting alternatives in the final part.
