Monte Morello Compilation

Compilation of descents at Monte Morello. Ascent by secondary roads and trail to Collina and from there by asphalt to Monte Morello via the spring and the Girello. Descent of the Brigante, a nice flow with hairpin bends and jumps. We continue the descent for the more challenging BlackMamba: technical track, with steps, trialistic passages on rock, steep slopes, jumps interspersed with flow sections. You complete the descent with Intifada and Vietcong also these technical and challenging that soften only in the final part. You climb up on asphalt to via Dante Castiglione, to take the beautiful Opera Prima trail (hard initial tear and then well rideable) to Piazzale Leonardo. Then back to the source you go up the Girello and at Monte Morello take the nice Flying Donkey trail to the left to then continue to Salamandra (unseen to us); trail with some nice technical steeps, but overall a nice flow.

Go up a steep forest trail and continue along the forest trail to Poggio all'Aia. You arrive at the crossroads along the forest road (saddle of hills). You retrace the long gradual forestry climb and keep to the low trail and after a nice traverse you reach the Pianettole trail. Fast and technical trail / dirt and firm rock and rock; at a clearing you keep to the left and join the challenging Brucomela trail (passages on rock, steps, tight switchbacks and again steps last section along a creek to climb back to Collina).A short section of forestry already traveled to get to the nice final Cappelle trail: fast track with jumps and a few more peppery technical passages. You arrive just above Settimello and shortly at the parking lot.
