Monte Morello Trails Compilation

Compilation of descents at Monte Morello. Ascent by back roads and trail to Collina and from there by asphalt to Monte Morello via the spring and the Girello. Descent of the Brigante, a nice flow with switchbacks and jumps. We continue the descent by the more challenging Pezzey (in the first section) and then BlackMamba in the second: technical tracks, with steps, trialistic passages on rock, steep, jumps interspersed with flow sections. You complete the descent with Vietcong also technical and challenging that softens only in the final part.

You go back up on asphalt to Via Dante Castiglione to take the beautiful Opera Prima trail (hard initial tear and then well rideable) to Piazzale Leonardo. Then return to the spring and continue along the forest trail to Poggio all'Aia. You arrive at the crossroads along the forest road (saddle of the Hills). Retrace the long gradual forestry climb and keep to the low trail and after a nice traverse you reach Pianettole. Fast and technical trail with earth and firm rock; at a clearing keep to the right (Pianettole vecchi).Track with technical passages, rock steeps and switchbacks. After a nice traverse and a few climbs you arrive at the Jango New and Jango descent. Moderately technical and flowing tracks to the paved road that takes us back to the parking lot.
