Condove - Prarotto counterclockwise loop
Turn counterclockwise to gain the beautiful single track descent from Prarotto. Start from the center of Condove where, except on Wednesdays, you can conveniently park your car. Continue on asphalt in the direction of Mocchie, but as soon as you leave the village take a small asphalt road to the left that after a few bends leads us to the bridge over the Gravio di Condove stream. We proceed with a sustained asphalt climb to Magnoletto. Up to here climb and descent coincide. Now, to the right, we pass a bar that signals the beginning of an agro-silvo-pastoral road, we say goodbye to a guard dog tied to the chain and continue for about 2 1/2 km on a dirt road in the woods, we pass another access bar and continuing straight on a dirt road we get back on asphalt, crossing in succession Vair, Braide, Airassa and Mollette. Finally we are in Prarotto.
The descent is almost all marked with signs, only in the hamlet of Colombatti is it necessary to turn immediately right between the houses to find the narrow downhill path to Magnoletto. This is one of the most beautiful and longest descents in the lower Susa Valley, difficulty grade BC. Beware of guard dog danger signs.
