Malga Palmarusso ed il Bosco degli Gnomi

We offer a simple tour but with a number of unique sights of our area with a passage through the famous gnome forest where you can admire the unique wood carvings. And then being in the presence of Mount Wilhelm will put you in a position to savor unique emotions.

Departure is from Cislano of Zone (watch out for free parking not to pay). We will immediately climb to the classic dirt road in the direction of Croce di Marone with constant gradients. Next we will have the cemented then again an undergrowth section then open with unique views of Lake Iseo. Arriving near the malga Guglielmo di Sopra we will deviate on the traverse to your left. Obviously there will be the possibility to take a detour to the Almici refuge then the top of Mount Guglielmo if you want. From the traverse begins the easy descent to Malga Palmarusso where you can stop and refresh yourself. Continue the descent on dirt gippable mule track to Goi de la Tromba. Let's be careful now because the Gnome forest begins. Let's moderate our speed and admire these really impressive sculptures. Eventually we reach the designated parking lot with picnic area. We turn left then head back towards areas and shortly after to the starting point.
