Rifugio Forcola e malga Stelvio sulla neve

Itinerary on the #snow not easy, only for experts but very fun and with wonderful views to say the least.

Fully rideable by ebike (depending on snow conditions) and with about half an hour pushing with fat bikes without motor. It is recommended to wait about two weeks after the last snowfall so that the trails are groomed.

From the Fragges parking lot above the village of Stelvio, go up to the Forcola hut, climbing the forest road, usually beaten by snowshoes. As soon as you leave the forest fantastic views of Ortles and Stelvio. Descent where possible on the steepest path.

Arrived at the bottom, climb on the path to the Stelvio hut, almost completely rideable by ebike. The lower part of the trail may be more or less snow-covered depending on conditions.

You arrive at the Stelvio malga, which is very sunny, and return on the same trail. You can possibly return from the alpine hut trail after Stelvio hut, if this is well beaten.
