Il Monte Magno panoramico

A tour on beautiful Mt. Magno that will allow you to spend a few hours immersed in the emotions of our land. You will dance among the grasslands and a magnificent plateau of the middle Valsabbia.

We start from the center of Gavardo (BS) and move to Sopraponte di Gavardo. The climb to Mount Magno officially begins on asphalt but with little traffic and all in the sun. Having reached near the Cacciatore restaurant we now continue to the final part of the climb, namely the dreaded Selvapiana that with intense gradients will take us to the Rai repeaters. We veer to the right to pedal into the Magno grasslands. Stop at the Selvapiana cross and then back to the Hunter. Start the transfer to the Ere plateau all in the sun with views of Vallio Terme. We will reach the second cross of the day, just past the small church of San Maurizio. From here it will now be all downhill. First to the Bàarcol, or centuries-old chestnut tree. Photo opportunity then begins the Canyon up to Bernacco. Last stretch of dirt road and we reach Vallio where, on dirt bike path, we will return to Sorpaponte and Gavardo.
