Giro del Sassopiatto e Sassolungo con discesa dal trail Tutti i Frutti

Tour around Sassolungo and Sassopiatto that gives wonderful landscapes. We start near Fontanazzo and begin to climb the Val Duron with slopes that are never trivial in the first section, from the Micheluzzi refuge onwards it flattens out and becomes more pleasant.

You climb the entire Val Duron after which the trail turns in the direction of Sassolungo and you take the first trail that will take you to the Zallinger hut.

From here we descend and almost to Selva di Val Gardena, beware however that at a certain point the trail turns right and will take us up to the Comici hut, also here we will find some nice uphill ramps (ski slopes) and a piece will be donewith bike on the shoulder.

When we arrive at the Comici refuge, we cross the Città dei Sassi and climb up to Col Rodella, where the "Tutti i Frutti" trail, an EWS (Enduro World Series) track, starts. The first part of the trail is the most difficult and is very dug with a rocky and soft bottom, the second part is more pleasant to do.

Once in Canazei you return to the car following the bike path.
