Description
Mount Lussari has always been a dream for lovers of nature and places steeped in history. On Mount Lussari is the Marian shrine still a destination for frequent devotional pilgrimages. Up there is also the largest ski complex in Friuli Venezia Giulia also used for international competitions.
Here we will face the steep ascent via a dirt road that will allow us to avoid the obstruction made for the Giro d'Italia, but without forgetting a visit to the Baita Florianca (1661 m asl). Returning back we will face the last stretch to reach the top of Lussari (1755 m asl), finally we will take a magnificent single track that will bring us back to the valley at the starting point.
