Barcis - Casera Pala - Casera Montelonga

Route with ascent on rather steep dirt road to Casera Pala, continuation on cart track until crossing a path to the right (due to snow) that leads up and down to Casera Montelonga, descent on wild, technical path. Start from Barcis and from the south side climb on dirt road to the left in the woods to Casera Pala, steep and bumpy in places, with few breaths. After the shelter, the dirt road becomes alternating climbs and flat parts, until it is no longer possible to advance because of snow, then take a path to the right that initially descends and then up and down between forest and meadow to Casera Montelonga, in a very pleasant grassy basin.

The path descends towards the lake immersed in the woods, with very steep sections and a wild and rather dirty, technical and sometimes slippery bottom. You cross a dirt road several times and at the end you find the asphalt road marking the perimeter of the lake, which you can approach with other trails before closing the loop on the bike path.

Asphalt 10% - Dirt 50%, Trails 40% - Physical condition: medium challenging.
