THE CRINALIST - VALLE DEL CHIESE (TN)

Hike that follows a trail posted by Orma in the old Routes section of the Forum published about 9 years ago and redone, with some minor changes on April 06, 2023. The start is from the Infopoint in Cologna where there is a convenient parking lot and also a spot with the bare essentials for the bike. Immediately uphill on asphalt passing under the remains of Castel Romano, adjacent to Forte Carriola, until Malga Ringia where the dirt road begins. Now indigestion of single trail with several pushing sections passing through Bocca Giumella, Malga di Cap, Malga Palone and Passo di Giovo.

Arrived in Rango begins the beautiful descent to the Chiesetta di San Lorenzo where the trenches used during War I are visible and restored. From the Chiesetta again down to Condino, where on a comfortable bike path we return to Cologna and finish the tour.
