Tignale 255 e 266 flow
We cannot deny that Lake #garda is one of the most striking places to raid with your MTBs. So here we repost a tour in beautiful Tignale where magic and beauty of nature meet to give life to this corner of paradise. Known for its draining terrain and variety of trails, Tignale lends itself to learning downhill technique without taking too many risks.
We start from the parking lot just below Monte Cas and the shrine of Montecastello (which I recommend visiting with its sheer view of Garda Lake ) and pass through the center of Tignale. This starting point is perfect for all the other variations and descents that we will present later. We now continue uphill past Sunclas and shortly pass into the shade, protected from the sun. We pass Casa Piemp and with one last effort we will reach Rifugio Cima Piemp at 1,160 m. Here you can recover before starting the descent on N.256 . The entrance is right next to the hut with a short trail that will take you to a dirt road with the presence of some caves-bunkers. We keep to the right and descend comfortably and then notice a bar on our left: here we stop and cross it. A small tear and finally the final descent begins. A first section in undergrowth will allow us to take N.255 , which remains unquestionably the most flowing trails in the area where we can open the throttle, copy the curves and forget about the brakes. A couple of easily surmountable technical points, just to spice up the descent, and then down again where we will veer left onto the crisp N.266 that will take us back to the parking lot ready for the next adventure.
RECOMMENDED ROUTE FOR MOUNTAIN BIKE and/or E-BIKE ALL MOUNTAIN.
NB: At the time of entry this ride is all doable without any particular problems. We disclaim any responsibility for any inconvenience due to lack of maintenance of the trails or deterioration of the trails due to external and/or natural agents and incorrect evaluation of the tour.
