Description
The Covelano Fork is one of the most beautiful and scenic routes in the entire Venosta Valley, but also one of the most challenging. In this version, I tried to take as many trails as possible and cut as much as possible off the paved road on the way up.
On the descent, however, after the amazing ridge part, you make a detour for a much-needed lunch break at the Hasl farm, but beware that you have to arrive very hungry, because they will prepare some gigantic pasta dishes for you, to say the least! Route suitable for experienced and very trained bikers.
