Bolzano, Costalovara e piramidi di terra

Challenging but very scenic route, with beautiful views of the Dolomites and the characteristic earth pyramids of Renon, a must-see.

The village of Soprabolzano, with its beautiful houses and characteristic little train, and the small lake of Costalovara are also very beautiful. The important thing is to take the off-season tour, because it is very popular with hikers in certain sections. From the parking lot of the San Genesio cable car we go up to Nopp on a road and then to Soprabolzano on a steep forest road.

At the end a nice forest path leads us to the village. From here we go to Collalbo, then turn right, pass an artificial lake and descend to Lake Costalovara. Then you reach the beautiful earth pyramids and descend to Bolzano with a final stretch on a very steep road
