Anello gravel Sestri Levante

Loop all on dirt or asphalt, tackled by gravel bike and that makes you discover the hinterland of Sestri Levante.

Departure from the parking lot from the highway junction of Sestri Levante, follow to Casarza Ligure taking advantage of the bike path along the Petronio, once in Casarza you join the main road to Bargonasco, where you take a left on asphalt uphill to Bargone. From the center of the hamlet continue to Costa di Bargone and then right on a dirt road to Bocco di Bargone. When you reach the pass, take a left passing Lake Bargone.

Continue on dirt road keeping to the right Mount Roccagrande and then beginning the descent. You pass by Le Sorgenti del Gromolo refuge and, after a falsopiano, arrive at the abandoned quarries. We continue the descent on dirt road, arrived on asphalt we take a right downhill and arrive at Santa Vittoria. From here easy return on asphalt to the parking lot.

The route can be taken in either direction, I consider the ascent from Bargone to be more beautiful, so I set the trail counterclockwise.
