Anello Masso

Depart from Battilana, we can find parking nearby.

We climb on asphalt towards Masso, passing by the quarry. Before arriving in the village we follow to the right the road that takes us to Bracco, at the stop sign we follow to the left uphill on asphalt until the bar I Due Cantonè, here we turn left and take the old Bracco road, after a few hundred meters there will be a dirt road on the right, we take it and pass near a group of houses, after that the trail begins. This short piece, up to the next dirt road junction, is not on the maps but I assure you it is there and is rideable, done many times. You then arrive at the dirt road junction and take the right, just before the end of the dirt road on the left a not very obvious path starts, take it and after a few technical passages you will arrive in Masso, take the uphill ramp in front of you and you are in a square, follow it to the right. Immediately before the fork take the path to the right. This trail is less technical than the previous one, but still should not be underestimated. The trail then becomes dirt, past the river and faced with a short ramp, descend to the left on asphalt and you will find yourself back at the starting point.

I put 4 stars of difficulty for some passages of the first part of the trail that make it feasible only for those with a fair amount of experience, I have not yet managed to close the whole trail. These two trails are a bit of a hidden gem in the area, off the radar of the usual rides.
