Sarone - Cansiglio - Malga Busabella - Rifugio Maset

Route with an ascent on asphalt and dirt with varying gradient and descent on technical trail alternating with footpath and finally smoother trails. Descent partly the same as this tour.

Start from Sarone, climb in the direction of Cansiglio first on asphalt and then on dirt road with medium gradient, pass Malga Busabella and again uphill and small downhill section to reach Rif Maset, near which you take the well-marked CAI 981 trail that descends steeply and with bottom in rocks and earth until it turns into very ruined pedrata with moving rocks, treacherous if wet, with small sections in good condition. With a few relaunches you pass Crep di Varda, descend briefly on a dirt road passing Lama di Som and then turn left on a very smooth trail with some rolling stones (Val Longa trail) and ever decreasing gradient to close the loop.
