Description
Winter training route in lower Valpolicella. In the first part you ride dirt tracks and small roads among the vineyards around Castelrotto. Reaching Arbizzano and Villa Mosconi you climb to Costa del Buso and Spigamonte facing some hard ramps and a short push on a scurvy trail.
From Spigamonte descend through vineyards on dirt tracks and trails to Negrar. Short climb up the ridge and back to San Floriano. There are no technical downhill sections except for a short passage up steep steps from the square in Castelrotto.
