Description
Early season route, useful to work off some of the excess calories accumulated during the holidays.
The route is largely unpaved and is also accomplished on wet ground. It does not present technical difficulties, requires a minimum of skill on stony terrain especially when wet. Physically it is tackled even at the beginning of the season. The final climb between Marano and the Sanctuary of Valverde has significant gradients on concrete although the elevation gain is small. The long dirt descent between San Rocco and Fumane is very nice.
