Route with classic ascent from Cercivento on asphalt and dirt to the top of Mt. Zoufplan, descent along a barely noticeable and spectacular ridge trail and then wanders through cow paws on grass to lower Casera Zoufplan, then continues on front trail on grass and dirt (Vertical Trail route) that continues on dirt and roots in the woods. The fall time with bare vegetation also makes the trail easier due to the cleanliness of the vertical trail for mountain running. Finish with downhill Maine.
