Limone-Passo Nota-Corna Vecchia e Val Pura

Another amazing tour on our #garda lake. We start from Limone sul Garda sports hall area with many free parking lots and climb towards Vesio then, through the convenient Val di Bondo we reach Passo Nota with adjoining refuge (check if open in low season). From Passo Nota we will still have a stretch of ascent, this time, however, on a military dirt road, passing under the Corna Vecchia. Be careful at a certain point at about 1,260 meters above sea level we will have to deviate to the left with a very short push section. We will arrive at a vantage point with wonderful views of Lake Garda and there just below you we will intercept trail 102 to the Singol Valley. This will be a beautiful but also challenging trail with a gravel section below the Cima dei Sospiri where you have to be very careful. Past this section the road widens and we prepare for perhaps the most challenging second part. We will deviate to the left for trail marker123 which I predict will be pure Hard Rock with intense passages and a very technical finish towards the Torrente Pura. We will reach Limone sul Garda then back to the starting point. Please do not do this on rainy days.
