3 Malghe zona Civetta - Pioda, Vescovà, Fontanafreda

From Piani di Pezzè we climb up steep slopes to a col from which on the left we go to Col dei Baldi, on the right down to Malga Pioda and Palafavera. We opt for the first solution, from Col dei Baldi we turn back and take path to Casera Vescovà from which dirt road that leads to Malga Fontanafreda.

Continue up to a bend that on the left would lead to Ristoro Belvedere (on Mount Civetta) instead straight ahead puts us on a nice bc single track that in case of previous rain is a good deal.

Descend to Pescul and climb up the dirt road for about 600 m elevation gain to Ristoro Fertazza and then across steep meadow rejoin the first part of the climb and then to Piani di Pezzè.
