Affi e il giro dei tre monti
Departure from the free parking lot of the Bici grill in Affi. The route is highly scenic and gives everyone a chance to ride it as it never has too extreme sections both uphill and downhill, but despite this the fun is assured. As we said departure from the parking lot of the bike grill in Affi that will take us to visit the Wind Park (impressive to see from underneath these technological windmills), from here we continue to Rivoli veronese and the Wohlgemuth Fort (the latter visible only from the outside so we do not linger too much).
From here the climb is steady but never challenging, so we continue towards the Adige Valley until we reach Fort San Marco, built in 1888 for the purpose of completing the line of defense on the border with Austria-Hungary. We begin the first descent, (watch out for the first 500 meters especially on a wet day), from here we head to the Caprino Veronese nature trail all to be done in one breath. The road, as we said, is all passable and does not present particular difficulties, following the path you will arrive at Cristane, Albarè, and only at this juncture you will have to arm yourself with holy patience because the climb is sufficiently long and constant.
However, having reached the end of the latter we begin the descent of Valsorda and to follow the descent from Incalfi Castle, and believe me when I say that at the end of these you will have a smile on your face. To recap we can say that this is a very interesting tour both historically and scenically suitable for everyone and all legs. Of course it always takes a minimum of training as it is a tour that is about 52 km with a total elevation gain of 1200 mt.
