Rifugio Balicco + Val Terzera
Fantastic tour part all mountain and part enduro. Ascent to Balicco refuge mostly rideable in emtb, nice technical descent (or easy following this trail) Then fast finish from Val Terzera. Parking lot in Riva, climb on asphalt until the 9th hairpin bend, then 450 meters on trail with lots of pedalable sections in emtb, almost all pushable in mtb. The bottom is initially wooded then become bumpy. Good technique is also needed to climb in Emtb.
From the hut in this variation we descend from a very technical trail but with several firm rocks and with excellent grip (difficulty S3/S4). We continue to descend from fantastic trail to Madonna delle Nevi from forest trail S3 with various S4 passages to the final. We climb for 300 meters on completely rideable road very steep but with excellent mostly cemented bottom to the Casera Terzera. From the Casera last tear of about 100 meters on a challenging path also in Emtb. Once at altitude, the entire Orobie mountain range opens up before us with the San Marco pass. The descent continues is a very nice S1/S2, flowing at times with a few stones and roots on trail all in the woods quite wide, initially with not too bumpy bottom, then towards the final more and more bumpy.
