Collina di Torino - Superga - sentieri 59, 63 e 61
Ascent on asphalt from Sassi to Superga to gain in a little more than 4 km 400 meters of elevation gain; short descent to Pilonetto and deviation to the left to take path 59, the path of lime, which between the 1600s and 1900s was quarried in this area both for monumental buildings such as Superga and Venaria, and for communal dwellings. The trail is 3.8 km long, with an elevation gain of 350 meters, leading through Bric Castlett to Rivodora; a first flowing section is followed by a part with steep and very hollowed out sections, to be approached with caution.
We ascend on asphalt true to Pilonetto and from Palucco road take a path that makes us rejoin Via Superga one km beyond Palucco village and then arrive at the Basilica.
The downhill path is initially bordered by a fence; after a boulder, Trail 63 begins, not steep but with some sections with large stones. This is followed by a short asphalt section on the way of stones and then trail 61 initially not very cyclable, then smooth with a compact, earthy bottom. The trail ends in Meisino Park, with a short digression on asphalt on Via Nietzsche, given the high vegetation at the river's edge.
