Pic de Caramantran

We start from the wonderful village of Chianale in Val Varaita and climb for 10km on asphalt to the Colle dell'Agnello, from there after a short descent begins the section with bike on shoulder or push bike that in an hour brings us to the Colle Chamoussiere, from which we can catch a glimpse of our summit, the Pic de Caramantran, where we will reach the ridge, with the final part beautiful rocky. From here begins a very enjoyable, almost natural bike park-like descent to Colle San Veran and from there to Refuge De la Blance. From the hut, an hour-long bike ride begins to the Blanche pass below the vertical Roche de la Niera. From here begins the descent that will take us to Chianale via the Blue Lakes.

Wonderful descent with different types of terrain. Past the Blue Lake, the technical and rocky part begins with passages that are never impossible but test the riding technique. After a series of switchbacks we reach the starting point, Chianale.
