Dal Sassello alle pale eoliche

From the beautiful pease of Sassello enter the Deiva forest on pleasant dirt road that slightly uphill leads to Passo Salmaceto; from here an easy up and down single trail leads below the Londrino forts then quick descent to Giovo. Now asphalt climb on former road that starts flat at first and then ends with 18% ramps to Forte Moglie and Rocca Ghingherlina where you pass on the ridge under the wind turbines. Start second descent of the day on nice singletrack first easy then at the fork (to the right) becomes very difficult for about 100 meters, last section paved.

Last climb of the day on little frequented gippabile with some ramps rideable only with ebike brings back to Salmaceto pass where reached the top of Deiva on nice trail, starts the nice artificial descent where the Amaretto enduro was held (trail Colmi - Caghetta). The descent ends at Gulli Lake where swimming is possible in the summer months; quick return to Sassello on trail.
