Tolfaccia e Santa Marinella

Loop route from the Tolfa Mountains to the sea and back (in summer maybe better the other way around so you can do the ascent in the cool weather and end with the descent), about 40 km and 1000 meters of elevation gain. Starting from the sea The first and last sections of about 3km are easily avoidable and were only preparatory to leaving the car at the restaurant parking lot where we then had lunch.

The trail is almost all on dirt roads that are not particularly challenging; on the way back, after a slightly uphill start we face a section with gradients of up to 20 percent.

Doable however both with and without electric assistance. Except in the villages we found no water along the way.
