Trail area Montepimpio

The trail area is developed around the inn of the same name.

From the inn, a path starts uphill through the woods to the top of Mount Pimpio from which one can choose one of two different paths downhill, and then eventually go back up and try the second one.

Via a road through the forest, you reach trails 4 and 5, which are on a grassy slope.

The approx. 6-km loop can be supplemented and lengthened at will with different dirt roads, possibly going as far as Civita di bagnoregio.

Trail area can be reached quickly by bike from alviano station.
