Description
Pleasant route on the Morenic Hills between Pozzolo Volta Mantovana and Cavriana. The route is mostly on dirt roads: bicycle paths, country cart tracks, mule tracks, paths. The parts on asphalt are limited to a few short stretches on small roads with almost no traffic. The route is not challenging, presenting only a few short ramps with steep inclines. Technically challenging passages are not present.
About halfway through the loop you pass near the Pieve di Cavriana. I recommend a short stop to admire the beautiful Romanesque church and the garden that surrounds it.
