ENDURO DI PONENTE 4^ TAPPA: ALASSIO, LAIGUEGLIA, ANDORA E DIANO MARINA
We continue this long journey to the Ponente and as a fourth leg we indulge in a series of magnificent climbs and descents in the Alassio area to Diano Marina.
Here we are in Alassio ready to begin the adventure. We take for the climb Solleone Adventure Park and once at the top the first easy descent begins: Cresta Solleone and Colla Micheri. Next the Tral Mulino a Vento, Le Rocchette and finally the Rete will take us to Andora. It's back uphill to Conna where we'll take an eat & drink or better up & down trail passing under Colle Mea which tends to be downhill but with stretches of borderline rideability. Then begins the San Rocco and now there is no messing around: we descend in earnest with greater intensity and with challenging sections to San Bartolomeo al Mare. Last climb in the Diano Marina area under Monte Quagli. From here last descent of the day, the most difficult I would say, namely the Pigs. I don't know why it's called that I'm honest but believe me we will have to work hard to tame it with rocky sections and very compelling passages but also a not bad view of the sea. Once in Diano long final walkway on the seafront passing by Capo Mimosa, Andora and Laigueglia to return to Alassio.
RECOMMENDED ROUTE FOR MOUNTAIN BIKE and/or E-BIKE ALL MOUNTAIN.
